As many students who use the inter-campus bus service know the A259 Chichester/Bognor Road has been a complete nightmare for the last couple of days.
Student Union representatives proposed a route change in the final week of January which was accepted as a possibility by the University estates department but was not initiated straight away. As a result of this a timetable has been published for the next 3 days (Wednesday 3rd – Friday 5th February). We are well aware that this timetable is pretty poor.

It’s that time of year again when the Union is looking for new candidates to run for election to become the new leader of the Students’ Union. There are 2 sabbatical posts, and 11 part time officer posts available.
If you are a final year or looking to take a year out then why not run for the position of President or Vice President, where you will earn £14,500 a year plus receive training and benefits that will far exceed many graduate jobs. Hopefully you all had an enjoyable first week back and are all settled and raring to go for the semester. This week I have mostly been training Course Reps. Every rep who attends our training events recieves an NUS accredited certificate at the end of the year (as long as they turn up to most meetings). Welcome back. I hope everyone had a good Xmas and New Year.
We've got lots to keep you busy this coming semester. Whether you come to the bar for events such as Bognor's Got Talent, Battle of the Bands or Rag Race orwant to get involved in course rep training, attend an upcoming conference or run for election there's something for everyone. 2009 was an amazing year lets hope 2010 is even better.

Myself an ur SU hope u guys have had an awesome xmas holz an new years an hope u can remember at least sum of it.
It's time 2 get back in2 the swing of things both academically as well as the catch up with the friends u neva managed 2 link up with ova the holz period.
As usual ur SU has got quite a few things prepped 4 ya this term including the all important SU elections so keep ur eyez peeled an ears pricked 4 info!!!
