This is card is compulsory to join any Sports Club
This card can be bought from the Sports Federation Office (9-5pm) Monday–Friday from
The 6th September onwards;
Either download a form or collect from the Sports Federation Office, complete fully with a Passport sized photo and £17 (Cash & cheque accepted)
