► Arts Award
At the SU we offer three types of opportunities in conjunction with the Arts Award.
1) Why not do your own creative activity and gain the equivalent of 35 UCAS points for doing something you enjoy.
2) If community engagement or work experience is your cup of tea then why not be a student volunteer and support young people in creating their own artworks to gain their Arts Award and get yourself a V-inspired award at the same time. You can also use this system as part of your degree as a work placement or as part of a community based module!
3) If you’re truly committed to volunteering/youth work then why not become an Arts Award advisor. Advisers are key to young people’s success, acting as mentors and assessors.
