The University of Chichester Students Union is an organisation run by elected students for the students and we work for only one purpose, that's you! The truth is without you, we wouldn't exist, nor would the University itself. Your Students' Union provides you with support, training and development, clubs and societies and commercial services. As we are there to support and represent your rights as students, we rely on you as the students to let us know how we can best satisfy your needs. It goes without saying that U.C.S.U. welcomes and embraces all students, regardless of gender, race, sexual preference, disability, religion or age.

As a member of our Students' Union you automatically become a member of the NUS (National Union of Students) so make sure you come to the Freshers' Fair and we'll issue you with you NUS card, for this you will need a passport sized photo. If you are unable to get one then for any reason don't worry shortly after they will be available from behind ZeeBar and the shop on Bognor, or failing that come and see us in the SU offices and we will be happy to help.

Meet the Exec

The executive committee consists of 10 elected members; 8 students (part-time officers) and the two sabbaticals (full-time officers). The executive committee passes policy on the union and works as a team in order to create and maintain a good working Union for you. Any member of UCSU is eligible to stand for election. If you think you may be interested in any of the positions, feel free to pop up to the Student Union Office above ZeeBar in our lovely Student Union building. Use the link below to find out more about the executive committee and what each exec member does:
