The Executive Committee
University College Chichester Students' Union is run by students for students. There are 2 full-time sabbatical officers, who are students who have just completed their studies or taken a sabbatical. Alongside the 2 full-time officers, we currently have 8 part-time officers. These part-time officers are students who perform their duties alongside their studies for several hours a week.
Each academic year, elections are held and a new Executive committee is voted in by current students. If you are interested in standing in the next elections, details can be found here. Each officer has a specific portfolio of responsibility, and oversees an aspect of UCSU's work, as well as taking responsibility for the smooth operation of the Student Union generally. Each of these officers make up part of The Executive Committee. This Executive Committee is then responsible for the day-to-day management of the Student Union.
